We invite you to join us for the Golden Retriever Club of America 2021 National Specialty in Ocala, Florida hosted by the Mid Florida Golden Retriever Club from October 23 to October 30, 2021.
General Event Vendors
Conformation will be held at the World Equestrian Center at 1390 NW 80th. Ave. Ocala, Fla, 34482. The vendor booths will be around the breed rings inside a climate-controlled luxury arena and adjacent to the obedience/rally rings.
Vendor set up will be on Monday, October 25 and breakdown will be after Best of Breed on Saturday, October 30, 2021.
The cost for a 10x10 booth space is $200 plus a donation to the raffle of an item with a value of at least $50. Tables will be available pre-ordered at $10 each.
The sales tax rate in Ocala is 7%, vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax and remitting to the Florida Department of Revenue.
Vendors will be required to carry general liability insurance.
Agility will be held at the same location in its own climate controlled arena. The cost for a vendor space for agility will be $25 plus a donation to the raffle of an item with a value of at least $50.
Set up for agility vendors will be Saturday, October 23 and breakdown on Monday, October 25, 2021 after the completion of the event.
The hunting test will be held at the beginning of our event and the WC/WCX and field trial will be held at the end of our event at Lazy J Ranch in Williston, Florida. There will be no charge for field vendors but contact the vendor chairman for a vendor form so we can plan space.
